JR. HORNETS M I S S I O N : The Enumclaw Jr. Hornets Football program is committed to providing superior instruction, a motivational experience and life values through sportsmanship for all of Enumclaw’s young student-athletes. Our goal is to inspire Enumclaw camaraderie and galvanize these players as they advance through the various divisions together within our organization. Ultimately, our mission is to prime them and unleash them on the EHS football program.
WE PLAY FOOTBALL.
1. The Jr. Hornets nucleus is pulled from local Enumclaw residents.
2. Players buy/own football gear, enabling returning-player savings.
3. Fewer players per team = more instruction/playing time.
4. Jr. Hornets are members of the Greater Puget Sound Youth Football
          League (GPSYFL), which has 14 teams participating in divisions classified by
    school grade, not weight and age.
5. Jr. Hornets play at least 9 regular season games and participate in cross-
          county scrimmages, post-season playoffs, and bowl games.
6. Jr. Hornets have a mentor partnership with EHS Football program, in which
          high school players instruct and motivate our young players all season.

  • Where: Key Bank in Enumclaw
  • When: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. -- 4th and 5th /   1 to 3 p.m. -- 6th, 7th & 8th
  • Plus!!! Sign up for Future Champs Camp at the Pickup.  New EHS Coach Mark Gunderson will be at the Pickup to meet you and sign you up. He and his new staff + incoming players will be coaching the camp. Even if you don't have anything to pick up, please come during your time slot above and meet Coach G. and sign up for his Camp, sure to pump you up for the season. See Camp details below...

New and Returning players:
Be sure you have all of your paperwork turned in before the season begins. It will save on a lot of hassles. Also, sports physicals must be completed before playerSbegin practice. Team Moms must have: Birth Certifcates, Proof of Grade, Concussion Forms in their books, and Sports Physicals.
